i got my headset as a present for christmas 2023, they’ve been great. recently the sound in one ear has just stoped working

Hello, @kaydz1874!

 

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? By the way, does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t work, then you can shoot me a PM along with your Razer Kraken’s serial number so I can check my resources for any firmware updates.
