Hi, my razer barracuda started turning off suddenly while using it and it bothers me a lot coz I’ve been only using this for months. Already tried other solutions but the issue still persist. It cuts off power while I’m gaming tho I’m not low in battery also I’ve been using it via USB dongle.
ff: I tried to update it to its latest firmware but only the dongle has been updated and I have issue updating the headset itself.
