BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 Volume Dropping Problem

Hi, I was fine on Synapse 3. I switched to Synapse 4 for Snap Tap and my headset started muting the mic while talking, I deleted it and when I reinstalled it I got the same error. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and the same error happened again. How can I fix this, it's getting annoying. I'm writing from the translation, sorry.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to update your headset’s firmware. By the way, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
