Can I get a new activation code for the Surround Sound 7.1 license?

When I received the activation code on my girlfriend's account, an error about an invalid code appeared...
Later, I tried to check it on my computer, but I didn’t consider that it would link to my Razer ID. 😢
Is there any way to transfer the license back to the original person?
