Help with Razer BlackShark V2 X – Serial Number Partially Worn Off & Missing 7.1 Surround Sound Code

easyVegasGoldcounty180

The problem is that on my Razer BlackShark V2 X, the serial number behind the ear cushions has been partially worn off. I can see the first 10 characters, but the last 5 are completely unreadable, no matter how hard I try. Because of that, I can’t identify the full serial number. Also, the scratch code for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation is missing from the box. However, I do have the original receipt, the box itself, and everything else that came with the headphones.

Is there any way to retrieve the 7.1 Surround Sound code in this situation?

I bought it from an official seller.

The s/n is also on the sticker under the box.

Hi there, @easyVegasGoldcounty180!

You can find the serial number on the box that came with your headset. It consists of 15 alpha numeric digits. If you need further assistance, just drop me a PM.
