Razer Kraken X 7.1 audio software issues

I have purchased this product, plugged it in and it worked without issues. When I got to the setting up the surround sound part, I have realised I haven't received an activation code with the product. Luckily, they allow us to manually register it on their website, which I did successfully. Problem is, I haven't received the activation code after registering it, nor has it been automatically filled in. Can someone help?

Hey, you have to go at spam, or other paste of your e-mail. Check it out. But first you have to register our product at Razer ID.

I have registered it at Razer ID; it even appears as it should on their website. Yet I have received no e-mail regarding the activation code, not even in my spam folder.

I have registered it at Razer ID; it even appears as it should on their website. ( the first step is done!) Now you receive the email automatically with the activation code (try to search every paste of your e-mail, must be there)

I'm actually curious how this works for someone who has had the product activated in the past but after reinstalling windows 10 lost access to the program because it's asking for a new activation code.
