Nari Ultimate PS4 Connection Issues

Hello all, I'm sorry if this thread has being discussed before, but i could not find anything regarding my issue. The thing is that if i connect the headset wireless, sometimes i hear the beeping sound of disconnection-connection. It might happen once, it might happen many times. This seems to be, temporary, fixed if i turn off and back on the headset. I have tried to connect the USB dongle directly to my PS4 and through a USB hub (powered). Same issue happens in both connections. Anyone experiencing the same? Should i try the pairing utility ? Also what are the best mic settings because the mic picks up a lot of ambient noise and/or sounds. User MaxSlo has suggested the following settings. Hello, at first I can suggest you to adjust Mic Volume (as required); Volume Normalization: OFF; Mic Sensitivity: 70 (or less); Noise cancellation: ON; and also Ambient Noise Reduction: 20 Obviously via the Synapse software. Try it out! Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Ok so i thing i managed to narrow down the issue. I have tried the headset in wireless mode with a PC that was like 50cm away from me and i had no issues. So i tried again with my PS4 but this time i had a "clear line of sight" with the console. I know it sounds a bit funny but the console is like 20cm from the floor and there is a coffee table between, also the distance is a little more that 2 meters. If the "line of sight" was clear the connection was rock solid. If not the disconnection issue returned. I will test it a bit more, and i will also try to get a USB extension cable (a quality one) and see how it goes. Cheers.

I am finding the same thing too. Works fine on my laptop. Connection warning sound only when using the PS4. My PS4 is 1.5 mtrs away and in direct line of sight. Any ideas? Cheers, K

Hey, well when i say direct i really mean it! :) I have used a usb extension cable to have the wireless transceiver without anything else between. I'm about 2m away from the ps4. I have no idea why the transceiver is so sensitive... Cheers

Seems like a product fault to me... Strange the company techs haven't addressed this issue to PS4 users. I am leaning towards returning my headset for a refund and move onto another brand. Shame as the sounds quality is quite good on them for a mid rage headset. :(

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried with an usb extension cable? The thing is that the headsets's receiver is way to sensitive imho. Hope it works with PS5 too :)
