Razer Mamba Hyperflux repeated disconnects while playing games.

Since I've had the mouse and mat set up its been disconnecting constantly, I've followed all the suggested steps from other forums such as.. -updated firmware for both mouse and mat -removed all metallic interference except wired Razer keyboard -kept 1 meter away from phones and routers (booster unplugged and main router 15 meters away) -prevent windows from turning off user input when on heavy loads of power usage .. and the issue persisted, then I realised the issue had improved but instead of disconnecting frequently for the sake of disconnecting. It just disconnects when I play any kind of game, the game menu works fine but as I load a save or join multiplayer it disconnects after a minute or so (tab out and the mouse connects again). Its strange that a gaming mouse has only one issue which is gaming... just to note the mouse has none of these issues of disconnecting whilst wired. Any help would be appreciated.
