Synapse 3 (w/ ASRock Taichi x Razer x570) causes pc to not fully shutdown/sleep.

When Synapse 3 is running (w/ ASRock Taichi x Razer x570) the pc does not fully shutdown or go to sleep. After the display shuts off the fans and rgb continue to run forcing the user to have to manually shutdown the system via the power button. After manually powering down this Critical Error appears in the Windows Event Viewer: "Event ID 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." This issue is very annoying as the rgb settings revert to default when Synapse 3 is not active. Any help would be appreciated.
