Basilisk Ultimate not charging at all

This happens to me as well. I literally have to play around with it on the dock by lifting it off the dock and re-seating it on the dock as well as jiggling it around on the dock to get it to start charging. To know that it starts charging is when you see the LEDs flash red quickly, it is then that you quickly do not touch it, one touch or jiggle will cause it to fail, and you will have to start all over again. BTW, make sure that you turn off the mouse from the switch on the bottom or it will not charge all the way. FYI, this issue is not rare with Razer products. My previous mouse (Ouroboros) also came with a dock and did the same thing, and I bought that one 6 years ago. I am in the process of getting my Basilisk Ultimate replaced. Now, it may be a firmware issue because I noticed that when I place it on the dock while looking at the status in Synapse 3.0, I notice that it has a difficult time engaging the charging feature. You have to get it to charge through the dock if you want it to charge to 100%.

I'm convinced its a firmware thing, they sent me an update and as soon as my mouse dipped below 58, it started charging again, now its drained to about 65 and wont charge, but it's showing that it is charging. It does the same thing via cable too

Do you turn it off from the power switch on the bottom while charging?

Not always, but it charged up to 100 percemt, went back down to 65 and stopped charging, i think it only starts again below 50 ish

If the RGB lighting is off before you take it off the dock, then it stopped before it finished charging. If the RGB lighting is a solid green then it fully charged.

Is this plugged in with the cable or when charging on the dock? Or both?

Both. It started charging after my inital thread, all the way to 100% and after use again got back down to 60%. Battery percentage wont go up despite the charging icon being present, and the dock and the mouse both showing charging leds. The LEDs remain at yellow.

This happens to me when it is plugged in via USB cable. Mine only charges fully when I turn it off and and get it to charge on the dock (This takes up to a minute of jiggling it on the dock for a minute)

I used to have problems with charging on the dock, taking a minute, but now it initiates it straight away. I'll try turning it off and charging it on the dock. Strange though, I wish Razer would help us with this
