Synapse doesn't install

Hi! I've just reinstalled Windows 10 Pro in my pc and now i can't install Synapse for manage my Huntsman Mini... When i try to open the installer a new file with an .err extension appears. What can i do?? This isn't the first time i reinstall Windows and never have a problem like this.
