Charger keeps disconnecting

Hi, I just bought a brand new Razor Blade Pro 17 and it's been 5 days since I've been using it. Today I started to hear a wierd buzzing sound from my charger, after a while it started disconnecting every 4 seconds (it stops and continues to charge sometimes) It charges and stops charging. Should I get a replacement or is there anything I can do about it? (I tried unplugging, and plugging into different outlet.
