Razer Synapse 3 not detecting Mouse

Today when I plugged in my mouse into my pc. Razer synapse never detected my mouse. So I cant change any keys or change the lighting on it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    have the same problem with my mouse (mamba) AND my headset (tiamat)
