blackwidow chroma v2 FN buttons

any ideas?

Good day. Sorry for my english. As it seems to me after updating razer Synapse 3, the FN button on my blackwidow chroma v2 stopped working. A day later, the buttons M1-M5 stopped responding. Is this a program error or have the buttons broken? Is there a program for the test?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern to our support thread. Sorry to hear about your keyboard's concern. By the way, when did the issue start? Have you tested your keyboard to a dummy Razer Synapse account or to a different USB port and see if the issue persists? What's your Razer Synapse current version? Also, please test the keyboard to a different PC with or without Razer Synapse and check if the issue still happens.

On another PC, the FN button works fine. Apparently a bug in the software. I have synapse 3

Thanks for confirming as it narrowed down our investigation. Just to confirm, are you using Razer Synapse 3.0 to the PC that has an issue with FN and M1-M4 buttons? Please create a dummy Razer Synapse account and see if the odd behavior continues.

if I log out of my Razer account, then the FN button works

Same problem with me the multimedia keys are not working FN+ only if I log out. Any idea how to solve it?

Thanks for prompt replay. It started after an update. Uninstall and reinstalling seems to have resolve the issue.

Yes even if you only sing out from your account Fn works without problem. Its not hardware issue.

I tried to reinstall, as the man did above, it helped me - the buttons work thanks
