Hammerhead TWS connecting to Macbook Pro OS 15 Help

I am able to detect the pods on BlueTooth but not able to connect them as an audio device. Audio queue "Pairing" plays, and on the MacBook I click on connect and it displays it is connected but does not confirm the connection on the pods and no recognition of an audio device on the laptop. The help documentation doesn't address any further the connection on MacOS. Can anyone help?
