When I play a game, Razer Squad does not show up the amount of time I played when I play a game.

Now it might just be me who doesnt know how razer squad works, but i am very sure that it it not my problem. Whenever I play a game like Rainbow Six Siege, or Apex Legends, it just doesnt show up the amount of time i played. The amount it always zero or like it displayed "-", but the paid to play DOES work on Apex. These are some screenshots i took
