Recovery after exiting the game using cortex

Every time I exit the game(if cortex was launched before) it starts to open every single program on my PC(not really but a lot more than were opened before optimization). It really enrages and distracts. Is there any option not to start "recovery"(or however it called in English, the process that starts when you close the game) and open everything on my PC, because it is impossible to use it after it.
