I have a pending status since yesterday on purchase. Support service is out of reach, talking to an agent is like waiting forever even when the avg waiting time as the site says is 0:16secs. Lost my money and the support guys do not give a damn it seems. Yes I submitted a report and guess the update regarding its status would be coming when they think its been years and lost track of my transaction . Pathetic support.
