Blackshark V2 Pro dis/re-connecting

When wirelessly connected, my Blackshark V2 Pro headset will give the turn off/on tone and seem to suddenly disconnect and reconnect. When it happens, it appears to be "loading" (greyed out box, loading wheel) in Razer Synapse, and at the same time my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless) backlighting suddenly dims and goes back to its normal lighting level. Battery display in Synapse is above 50%. Microphone and audio work fine otherwise. The time between dis/reconnection is essentially 0 s

    Hello, I'm in the same boat. Literally just bought and plugged everything in today. The headset works fine with the aux cord, but cycles on/off with the bluetooth connection. It doesn't matter where the headset is in relation to the USB bluetooth stick. I've tried different USB ports, repairing synapse, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, updating Windows 10, and none of it has had an impact. Please let me know if you find a solution. It's really frustrating. Thanks.

    I'm not sure if this is helpful to you, but I found this 2018 video in a reddit thread from about a year ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GeHV2jkhtk It looks like having something else plugged into a USB port near the headset's USB dongle could be causing interference. I usually have my phone charging cable plugged in next to it. After unplugging that yesterday afternoon, it seemed like the issue stopped - I'm going to see if I can test it out more thoroughly this week.
