Damaged Activation Code
Hello, I have recently bought a Kraken X headset that came with what appears to be an activation code for a surround sound feature. However, the code is unreadable and I am unable to recover it. Is there a way for me to get help on this?

@sherm07, Please PM me a photo of your scratch code. I can use that to give it a try reading and check for any possible combinations from our system. But if it's beyond help and you're still eligible. I can submit a code generation request on your behalf.
