Problem with my Keyboard/mouse

Hi, I have a Razer Blackwidow Elite and a Razer Deathadder Elite. The problem Im having is there seems to be an interrupt happening somewhere or something. In Discord if I try to hover over an icon in the top right of a reply the icon vanishes as if the mouse has ben moved or something, the preview window when I hover over an icon on the task bar in windows 10 also vanishes as if an input has been received. If I try to play Forza on steam with my xbox controller the game keeps seeming to pickup an input from the keyboard as I get the message flashing between hold down right trigger to accelerate and hold down a key to accelerate even though im holding down the trigger the entire time. Ive also just noticed that when I hold down a key the key doesnt repeat in things so if I hold down "a" all i get is "a" and not "aaaaaaaaa" however if I hold the backspace keydown the key will repeat and delete everything, cursor keys also do not repeat. Ive tried changing repeat and delay times in windows and that doesnt seem to help either. I can however drag boxes with both mouse buttons on the desktop and move icons etc around without dropping them and if I play no mans sky on xbox live the PC seems to pick up I want to use the controller and it works fine and if I want to suddenly change to using mouse and keyboard I can just by moving them. If anyone can offer any insight it would be appreciated. Thanks

    Nobody have any ideas ? Is this something Im going to have to contact official support about ?

    This is doing my head in, I found some keys repeat a bit (sometimes 8 or 9 characters) sometimes and the keys change, backspace always seems to work properly . uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu had to press the u button 4 times to get that and on the 4th try all the rest came up, checked the keyboard on this website https://keyboardchecker.com/ and it seems to register all the keys, you press a button it goes grey till you let your finger off the key and it goes green on all the keys properly, tried swapping which usbs its plugged into, tried unplugging everything else, tried turning sticky keys off and on again, checked my keyboard software to make sure that was current. oooooooooooooooooooooooooo managed to do that before it stopped on my first press of the o key oooooo yet that was six presses of the o key with the button held down as long as it was to do the long line of them the first time.
