Razer Cynosa V2: DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE


I bought this keyboard about 9 months ago, and it worked great for about 5 months. Then, all of the sudden, it just stopped working. I have tried everything I can think of to get this thing to work and have googled my issue into oblivion but nothing works at all. It shows up in the Device Manager as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and I've googled how to fix that, but nothing there has worked either. It seems like a lost cause to me and I just want to be able to use this thing again because other than it not working it's a pretty good keyboard. Any help would be majorly appreciated, thank you.
