Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 - Damaged Oval Ear Cushions

Hello, I need your help. I have bought the kraken 7.1 v2 headset and a couple of days ago the right ear cushion has sort of ''exploded'', the part that's glued in the back of the ear cushion has popped out of it's place, leaving the sponge at sight. I wanted to ask here first before I ask the support directly, if I can ask them to send me a pair of new ones since my headset still has warranty. I can attach photos if needed. Thank you! Edit: Hello again, since 17th July I have been trying to contact you through multiple ways and till today haven't got a single reply helping me. I have sent a message to your facebook page, sent a ticket, posted here on the forum and no one has stepped up to help me. I don't think this is the way to treat your costumers, being Razer such a renown brand it should have a better costumer support section. my ticket #0200807-001208 Hope someone can take care of my case.
