Razer Synapse Global Shortcut?

Hi, I recently bought a Razer Viper Mini. I like the mouse and I have installed razer synapase. However, when I started playing VALORANT, I noticed that after I press a combination of Shift + Ctrl+ D or A or keys around this area, it prevents me from using the keys Ctrl + Shift + A, which is a combination of walking slow, crouching and moving left in the game. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I really like Synpase and what it offers, but this is a definte deal breaker. I have also looked around but i have not made any shortcuts or edits.
