Razer Blade Pro 17 not charging

Hello. I'm having a major issue with my Blade Pro. I've had it for over a year with no issues at all, but now all of a sudden, my laptop won't charge at all. At first, I thought it was something wrong with my charger. I just got a new charger in the mail, and it's still not charging. I've checked every possible thing, but I can't seem to find out what's wrong with it.

    Have you tried to open up and look inside with a torx screwdriver? Its a T5 screwdriver you need to make sure,theres no issue inside

    I have not. I wouldn't know what to look for, and I wouldn't want to tamper with and damage it.

    You should not damage it! Just open it up easy and smooth with the T5 and look inside for the charging dock and maybe you can reach something... Other option is to send it in for a fix.
