Brand new Razer Blade Pro 17 can't run WoW at more than 30 FPS?

Hey there. I just bought this laptop and it seems to be getting really bad FPS around 30 or lower in WoW. All the research I've done suggests that this laptop should be capable of running the game on Ultra since there are much lower spec'd laptops that have countless videos of people running the game maxed out. I've tried switching to max performance on the Nvidia Control panel and Razer Synapse, as well as setting power to Ultimate Performance in Windows 10. I've also tried turning off vertical sync. The only way I can seem to get better FPS is to put the in game settings to the lowest possible setting making the game basically unplayable and seems ridiculous based on how I've seen cheaper laptops perform. I contacted the Razer chat support and they said to try reinstalling the driver and then do a system reset if that didn't work. I've done all of that and nothing changed. Is there still some setting I need to change? Did I get faulty hardware? Any help would be much appreciated. EDIT: Also worth noting I haven't even installed any addons yet.
