RAZER STOLE FROM ME
I have a Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 V2 headset, I register it for the free activation code to use the 7.1 Surround sound. Alas, I was not sent an activation code in an email. So I went through my first time process of contacting support over this issue. Again, RAZER stated that if I registered my product I would be eligible for free 7.1 activation code. They barely help me, and the whole time it is coming off like I am incompetent and that I am the issue, why am I bugging them is the way it felt. They tell me they will contact me in an hour, I even remember the team members fake name: Nissan.

My headset, the Kraken Chroma "7.1" you know surround sound headset with 7.1 in the name, was not eligible for a free activation code to use 7.1 surround sound with. Even though it was stated if i registered my device I would receive that.
Yes, you read that right, so now my alternative is to shell out some of my cash. That to me, is theft.
There is one alternative though, and that is to not play the game at all, so thankfully, this was my first and last RAZER product.
This whole experience was shady AF, and the customer support was pretty gnarly in terms of making me feel like you even wanted me to use your services.
