Opus: sound problem during a call whith Discord

Hello I just bought an Opus headset but I'm having a problem. When I receive a call on Discord, the sound of all my applications (games, web, etc ...) cuts out except for Discord (or skype). In the Windows settings I disabled the automatic reduction of sounds during calls but that does not change anything. I am on Windows 10 and all my drivers are up to date. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Thank you in advance: D

Does this happen on both wired and Bluetooth connection? You can try to untick both options under Exclusive mode in your headset's sound settings. Do note that the issue you're experiencing may be due to Bluetooth's limited bandwidth.
