Razer Nari Dongel Avnera AV6301
Hello, two days ago my Headset suddenly stopped working during a call. Replugged and worked, for 5 minutes. Since then it won't connect at all to the Dongel and Dongel gets recognized as Avnera Av6301 from my PC.
I tried basically all Forum given solutions, nothing works.
Headset: Razer Nari
Tried Solutions:
- using a different USB Port
- reinstalling Razer Software
- using the DongelRecovery Tool -> won't see the Dongel, therefore no Recovery possible
- using the RazerNariPairingUtility -> will say update required, but fail with saying the firmware update of the wireless receiver failed
(of course I restarted the PC, Headset, replugged the dongel in different Ports etc., and yes I also tried all of the above on a different device)
If anyone has an Idea of what I can do, it woudl be greatly appreciated.
