Green led lights do not light on some keys - blackwidow elite

I understand that all the colors on my blackwidow elite keyboard is a combination of 3 basic colors that turn off or on in some intensity. A few days ago, I noticed that the four keys that go from "L" to "enter" are not turning green. I have tried the different range of colors and I have noticed that only the combination of red and blue led lights up. I noticed a few days ago that the Razer software asked me for an automatic update which I allowed to install. Could you help me to reestablish the green color in these 4 keys ??? This is not the case with the rest of the keyboard. I have pictures about all keyboard green (with the problem), all keyboard blue and all keyboard red. Thanks for the help you can give me.

    Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Have you tried connecting it to a different PC with or with an installed Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists? Also, please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.
