Less than a year after my Razer Blade 15 battery was replaced, here I am again. Battery Bloated, and almost exploded...battery thickness almost tripled, good thing it was unplugged for almost a day...first battery got bloated 2 months before my laptop turned 1 year, so they replaced it because of the warranty..what about the replaced battery? Don't they have a warranty for the parts they replaced? I got my laptop back September 2020, and after almost just 9 months, it's worse than before. The battery's packaging got ripped out because of too much bulging.. what kind of quality control do you guys have?? this is a health and safety issue...and yet, you want me to pay $99 for assessment of my laptop? not including the battery replacement...

Out-of-warranty repairs typically have a 90-day warranty. That said, please send me the serial number of the laptop along with your previous repair tickets. I'll reach out to our Systems Team and look into your options. Let's go from there.
