Try wiping Synapse out of your system then reinstall it back. Check if the same issue would still persist. Here are some steps you can follow: 1. Uninstall Razer Synapse from your PC and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders may be hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them. We want to ensure that there are no residual files remaining that may corrupt your installation.
