Razer Electra V2 Mic not recording my voice. (USB Edition)

So, I have a problem. My Electra V2 is recording my voice, but the Microphone holes are about 5cm from my mouth and sometimes recording my voice sometime lag out. It gonna be 1 years old (when i bought it) in December 2.
