Viper Ultimate Dongle Broken

I know the common problem is that the dongle got lost, not this time, this time it broke. When I tried to use my Viper Ultimate, it wasn't working, so I got up and thought "maybe the dongle is loose?" and when I go to take it out, only one half of the dongle came out. I had to get tweezers to take out the other half. I don't know what could have caused this, I've always been delicate with the dongle (and every Razer product I own) so I'm left conflicted, is this even possible to be fixed? I will attach a picture of the dongle as well.
