Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Wired
Hello,
I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Wired about a couple of months ago (In Israel, dont know if neccesary).
And when I first got them, they were working as they should work.
But then I bought EFT (Escape From Tarkov) and I always get killed becasue I dont know which side the sounds come from, and even 8D music doesnt work. I cant hear right or left. but then I checked my regular earphones, and they actually work...
Is there any way to maybe adjust it or anything, or is the product just broken :/
Please help.

Hi @Mr.Mee6. Is this with or without the included USB audio controller? Please test the headset on a smartphone using the 3.5mm jack and send me your results via PM so we can further troubleshoot.

I just tested it on my samsung 6 and yes it works and I also have the USB audio controller.

Btw I just pressed the underscore but not that one like the upper one...
I dont know whats the name of that "key". Like the shorter little line.
And it just said on the screen for 1 second something about a printer and it just quit google and started messsing up and not lettting me type, and when i do try to it just exits google
