razer atheris wont connect

YO MY RAZER ATHERIS wont stop flashing blue ive have it for some time now and not all the sudden it wont connect ive uninstalled my drives then reinstalled then yet nothing it stuck flashing blue to connect anyone know how to fix it and ive made sure i tried my pc with other wireless mouses and it works just not the atheris like how do i fix it ?
