Razer Synapse 2.0 Keybinds not working as they should

I set my 06 key to left Ctrl, and it works at first, but when I turn off my pc, and turn it back on, my 06 reverts back to Caps Lock. Synapse still says the 06 key is bound to left Ctrl, but it's the Caps Lock. When I try to change Keybinds, my Tartarus Chroma does not respond to it. It stays on the keybind it was on when the PC was turned on and will not change. When I restart my computer, my keybindings work again, but the problem will return when I turn off my PC. Why does this happen, and how can I fix it? Update: I found the problem. It had nothing to do with Synapse. It was just some strange USB problem. Streaming video would reset specific USB ports, and cause my Tartarus Chroma and my speakers to reset with them. Please delete or mark this as resolved.
