Asrock B550 Razer Edition not able off ARGB during shutdown

Using Razer Synapse as the only choice of option to configure the ARGB for this motherboard, I can't shut off the ARGB of my motherboard upon shutdown. However if I skip loading Synapse (Choose shutdown on the login screen), the ARGB on my motherboard will shut down normally. Uninstalling and reinstalling my Synapse doesn't help. It happen only recently when I update the Synapse. If I dont use Synapse, my motherboard ARGB will shut down. However I have so many razer device which I don't have a choice. Anyone can advise?
