Razer Kraken Pro V2 Mic noise

Hello! With what device are you using the Kraken Pro v2 with? Have you tried it with another device to see if the same thing happens? Let me know.

Im using them with my pc. I dont have any other pc in my apartment.

Thanks for the reply. How about a smartphone or another device with a 3.5mm jack. Try to record something and see if the same issue persists. Let me know how it goes.

I just noticed that on my phone it sounds a little better than on my pc but on my pc if i put my mic on 100% its too quiet, then i have to put the mic boost to 10% and as higher as i put it my mic will sound worse. Also, i have razer synapse and surround installed and when i tryed uninstalling them both there was a difference to the mic, it was much more clear but the bad thing is that there is a difference on how u hear everything, as a result the mic will be much more clear but the speakers will sound a little crappy. Let me know if u know something useful.

Well, the crackling noise isnt but my mic isnt as good as i thought. Anyways, the mic is good enough to stream on but its ok
