Razer Viper Ultimate button 4 and 5 not working

Hello, Since the beginning i bought my Razer Ultimate Viper button 4 and 5 are not working. Now i started some shooter again and i really need these buttons. What i tried is to reinstall Synapse. Reconnect mouse. Reinstall drivers. Nothing seems to work. Only odd thing is this above that it installs loads of things that are maybe conflicting. Can anybody help?

    That's odd. Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Please log in as a guest user in Razer Synapse and see if there's any difference.
