Has anyone been fixed regarding Stargazer?

Hi guys. I was able to find a Stargazer I bought years ago. This is a brand new, rarely used Stargazer.

I just happened to be using the Windows Hello feature, so I tried to use this camera, but it says I can't use it.

I searched the forums and saw that many people had the same problem as me. Did Razer fix this? is there any way to use this?

    it's possible that the Stargazer is not compatible with this feature. It's worth noting that some cameras may not support Windows Hello due to technical limitations.
