Razer Phone using USB-C dongle and HyperX Cloud 2 - distorted audio

Hey guys, I bought my Razer phone a few days ago and didn't think to check it with my headphones. I plugged in the USB-C dongle and threw on Spotify and I'm getting just crackling/static/distorted mess. My phone is up to date as of this post and I've tried shutting off Dolby Atmos. The audio sounds is playing but seems like it's not being decoded correctly? I'm not sure, does anyone have any insights?

Do you get the same results when browsing or when gaming and have you tried using another headset? In any case, please send me a PM so I can help you isolate the issue.
