Razer Kraken Tournament Edition - Right side slightly louder than left?

I was recently given a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition for my birthday, a week ago. So far, I haven't had too many issues with the headset, but I've noticed that the right side is slightly louder than the left. At first I thought it was just my ears, and that I would get used to it, but after trying the headset on backwards (so left and right side are swapped), plugging the headset into a different audio port, and adjusting every audio setting on my computer, I've confirmed that the issue isn't my ears or any settings on my computer, but an issue with the headset itself. Is their any sort of common fix to this issue? Is there anything I can do about it?
