Razer kraken pro v2
Hi guys, (sorry for my english) so basically, i bought A Razer kraken pro v2, and i have some problem with that headset.
First. Razer Synapse doesnt "see" my headphones even if i had Them plugged in.
Second, my mic is working, but the audio don't. I can't anything and i don't know what to do, can you please help me?

Synapse doesnt recognize it. That's all I can help you with, I have the same problem. They're not working.

Hey @RyBSoN789 and @TrillBeatz, Synapse does not support analog headsets and the Razer Kraken Pro V2 is one so that's that.
Razer.CazielSo how could i fix that my headsets doesn't work? I mean, when i plugged them into my phone they are working perfectly but when i plug them into computer i cant hear anything, only mic works

RyBSoN789You'll need a splitter cable if you want both audio and mic to work on a PC unless your motherboard has a combo port.
