I ordered this headset 2 days ago and have received it today. I spent an hour switching the audio and mic jacks around, checking audio settings and making sure I plugged everything in right but my headset doesn't work directly through my pc. The mic wont work, it wont play any audio, it has no chroma and hasn't showed up in synapse. However, when I use it through my xbox controller, I can hear everything fine. I don't know what to do. I'm used to using USBs for headsets so I don't know if it's something I've done. I've tried using both the mic splitter and the regular singular jack. I have attached screenshots of what my audio settings look like.
