Razer Electra V2 USB Recognised, but no sound output
Hi, I am new here & I normally don't post in forums and other places, but today I am frustrated enough to seek for help personally.
I bought a Razer Electra V2 USB last year, and I was enjoying it. It had some problems, but all things considered I liked it.
It had certain problems when it suddenly stopped outputting sound, then if I just disconnected the headset from the USB port, & reconnected again it worked fine. There was another problem about windows recognising the headset as "Context HD Audio" & sounded like garbage, but after googling for a bit I found out about the firmware updater, & Updated the firmware, It worked fine since then.
But today, suddenly the headset stopped working again, & like always, I disconnected the headset form the front USB of my PC and reconnected, but it's not working anymore. The headset is perfactly showing up as Razer Electra V2 USB, but when I initially connect, instead of having the sound level of last time I connected it, it starts at 0, and whenever I want to change it, it shoots up to 100, nothing in between. That all would be fine, but there is no sound coming from the headset. I tried googling, but I am not sure how to google it, so I am posting it here & hoping somebody would help.
(The problem can be seen in the attached GIF)
Is there any solution? Or do I have to go for warranty support? That would be frustrating, considering I live in Bangladesh, where I don't think warranty claim would be fast, & this is the only pair of headphones I have.
