Synapse 2 - Kraken 7.1 V2 - Won't launch!

Hey, I've been having this issue for a while now and I tried many things. I own a Kraken 7.1 V2 and still love it. Although lately I havent been able to access it's settings in the Razer Synapse 2. I use Synapse 3 for my keyboard and mouse. I have tried uninstalling everything and re-installing the newest update. Whenever I right click on the synapse icon in the system tray, it did recognize my headset, left clicking on it simply does not open the program. At the moment it does not show my headset in the system tray anymore either. My device manager does show it. Sometimes when I shut it down, and restart synapse v2, it will quickly ''sync settings from the cloud'' and disappear. Please help, I'd love to continue gaming with surround sound!

I and other people that I've seen on other recent forums have the same issue, Its definitely the app. I'm using the orbweaver and my computer does not detect the device at all when connected. I'm assuming I need synapse 2 to make my keypad functional. I'm running windows 10 and updated all necessary drivers and tried installing the app as administrator as well. Please advise. This issue has been going on for month and there is no word from Razer whatsoever. Losing confidence in their product and support. Also there is no error message that pops up for this issue. It just simply will not launch/open when you try. Just like the person above mentioned. PLEASE HELP

legit spent the whole day trying to fix it as my headset reset to default settings and it sounds so off. i cant find anyway to fix it spent my whole day trying everything. this is stupid as i have had this problem for a while but hasent been a real issue till now.

this is all i have as for synapse 2 all my other razer products are on synapse 3 this is just stupid that this hasent been fixed
