Horrible Support Experience - Sent Back Without All Screws


I recently had to send my laptop in to have Razer replace my battery. The laptop (Blade 15) was sent back with missing screws in the bottom! I tried to contact support about this but I either get ignored, a canned response, or some irrelevant response or link. Razer should be embarrassed by this! At this point I just want to know what the screw specs are so I can replace it myself OR have some sent! I know this doesn't impact performance / function, but COME ON! The quality control should be better than this!
