Razer Synapse 3 & Razer Cortex Not working, Central nowhere to be found

Hi, I've been having some issues lately launching both of the Synapse programs, I did a full clean re-install which fixed synapse 2 and support for my older model Death adder, But Synapse3 and Cortex are still failing to start, My issue seems to be now that razer central, the program used to login to the services and launches alongside them is completely missing from my PC and downloading either program does not give me the download for it. I'm lost at this point, and would love to keep using and be able to configure my Naga Trinity mouse, But sadly I cannot if this issue persists. Thank you for your time. Edit: Fixed it by preforming a Repair through the razer Installer, For some reason it installed Razer Central again (Dunno why it was gone in the first place) And fixed my issues.
