Squad Rewards: Counting Errors?

As a gamer myself, I know how frustrating for you to face this kind of issue. Not to worry, I will try my best to help you out with this issue. After investigation, we provide a simple way for you to quickly solve this issue so that you can continue to gain gameplay time in the SEASON 3 competition. Could you please log out Cortex and restart it again before you play any games? Sometimes, our gameplay time was not counted when we open games before logging in Cortex. Cases like open games in other unsupported clients also caused this issue. We are trying to fix this. If this issue still persists after trying, kindly provide us with the Cortex logs for us to provide better assistance on the issue. I had the same issues back then on season 2, and I kind of make it a habit to log out of Cortex, close the app, then restart it n then logging in again, also try to open the game from Cortex also. This method helped fix that issue, also I noticed in certain games, like CSGO n L4D, if you died n you're not actually moving but watching kill cams, sometimes it doesn't measure it too, T.T We encountered that issue few time during season 2, ever since then we decided to just stick to games we can keep l playing long time without fearing death n stuff such as Minecraft creative mode n Skyrim. Not sure whether Cortex issue or some other 3rd party factor
